Ceol agus Craic

What’s the Craic is a typical Irish saying which basically asks friends and family “what’s going on?” or “anything fun happening?”  The proper response, of course, is The Craic is mighty!

October 10th

Fáilte drinks reception ( welcome drinks)

IAA headquarters will host a welcome drinks reception with canapes (the caterer calls them Man-apés and assures us they will feed even the Norwegians.

Reception will begin at 1900 and run til approximately 2300. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk away with Irish ATCO's leading the way from the hotel reception at 1845

NOTE Delegates must wear their lanyards to gain access to the Times Building.

Dress code is smart casual.

October 11th

Resurrecting Committee D Karaoke

In an homage to Phillippe Domogala we will have a night of Ceol agus Craic (music and fun). Drinks and bar food will be served from 2000 til late in the Woolshed baa- its an Ozzie bar guys with an Irish twist, tipping our hats to the diaspora.

Singing is optional but the Irish Association will have prizes for the best MA on the night-judges decision is final and the judges are hard to impress.

Again the venue is within ten minutes walk from the Hotel with Irish ATCO's leading the way from the hotel reception at 1930.

NOTE Delegates must wear their lanyards to gain access to the reserved area of the bar. 

Dress code is casual.

October 12th

Slán go fóil Dinner (Farewell Dinner). A gala dinner will be held to bid you all Slán abhaile. The venue is the Gresham hotel itself so no one has to walk anywhere!!!

Dinner and wine, music and dancing for the very brave. We are hoping have more Irish ATCO's join us on the night to make sure ye have good craic!

Dress code is smart casual to as dressed up as you like.
